The construction of the first bridge over the Araz river has already started. That is, we have an alternative to move from other areas of Azerbaijan to Nakhchivan. What I want to say is that despite Armenia delaying the process, this project will definitely be implemented.

Axar.az reports with reference to "TRT Haber" that the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, said this.

"Whether Armenia wants it or not, the creation of alternative communications between other territories of Azerbaijan and Nakhchivan will take place. Armenia has now been given another chance not to be left out of regional cooperation. He will make the decision himself. We believe that if Yerevan does not make the right decision, the biggest damage will be inflicted on them," he said.
