The Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Sabina Aliyeva, issued a call regarding the wounding of three servicemen of the Azerbaijan Army as a result of the violation of the ceasefire regime by the Armenian armed forces in the direction of Istisu and Zaylik settlements of Kalbajar district.

Axar.az reports that S. Aliyeva said in her statement that the Armenian side undermined the peace negotiations and continued to kill people.

"We call on Armenia to stop disrespecting international law and human rights, and demonstrate peace-building approaches," the Ombudsman said.
