Axar.az reports that President Ilham Aliyev said this during his speech at the Qarakhanbeyli village of Fuzuli district in front of the memorial plaque dedicated to the 27 September - Remembrance Day.

The Head of the state said that the entire Azerbaijan people showed unity, volition: “We reconstruct, restore our villages today in the lands which were liberated in virtue of heroism and self-sacrifice of our heroic soldiers and officers and also feel proud with our triumphant Victory. At the same time, we are proud that we - the owners of these lands are giving life back to these lands”.
