Yerevan has commitments but doesn't fulfil them

The five principles of the peace treaty should be initialled as soon as possible, and work on the text of the peace treaty should begin based on these principles. I am sure it can be achieved quickly. With this, we will close the page of war and enmity.

Axar.az reports that President Ilham Aliyev expressed these views in an interview with Azerbaijani TV channels in Prague.

Noting that the opening of communications is not part of a possible peace agreement, the head of state said:

“It should have been essentially over. Because this is the commitment that Armenia took on November 10, 2020, but did not fulfill.
