All persons guilty of war crimes during the Karabakh war must be brought to justice.

Axar.az reports with reference to the Report that this was said by Vedant Patel, the deputy press secretary of the US State Department while commenting on the discovery of another mass grave in Edilli village of Khojavend region of Azerbaijan during a briefing.
