Baku wants this from the Kremlin: Putin will agree

Currently, Russia is completely dependent on Turkey. Especially after the defeat in Kherson. At present, whatever Ankara or Baku says or offers to the Kremlin, Russia will be forced to do it.

Axar.az reports that Stepan Grigoryan, head of the Center for Globalization and Regional Cooperation of Armenia, spoke with these ideas.

"I have repeatedly said that currently, Russia is not with us (Armenia - ed.). This is a proven thesis. At this moment, Russia needs Turkey and Azerbaijan like air and water. Baku will benefit from this moment professionally. Azerbaijan wants Russia to resolve the Khankendi issue as soon as possible. No, it's not right to say he wants - he demands. And this request will be fulfilled," he said in his statement to the Armenian press.
