Today we met with President Ilham Aliyev. We had a great discussion this morning. But due to the relevant situation, he will not be able to stay in our country for a long time. I hope that in a short time we will have the opportunity to host him again in Serbia.

Axar.az reports that Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said this at a press conference in Belgrade together with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.

"We have different opportunities with Azerbaijan in many fields. As both states, we try to protect our territorial integrity and present our states in the international arena. In particular, we do work related to the application of international legal norms. This is done within the framework of the UN, and it is commendable. But I think that we can learn a lot from President Ilham Aliyev," said the President of Serbia.
