Baku's response to Yerevan's rejection of Zangezur

Yerevan's rejection of the Zangezur Corridor launch project, contrary to the obligations arising from the Tripartite Declaration, means the need to implement full control over the movement of goods and people along the Lachin Corridor, with the necessary customs, inspection, and border procedures implemented.

Axar.az reports that these words were noted by the editor-in-chief of "National Defense" magazine, Russian military expert Igor Korotchenko.

He said that this step of Yerevan stipulates that the Russian peacekeepers and the representatives of the competent authorities of Azerbaijan will jointly carry out the appropriate registration of the persons who cross (entry/exit) the state border of Azerbaijan using the Lachin corridor.
