Prospects of military cooperation between Azerbaijan and the United States were discussed at the Pentagon.

It was noted that the First Deputy Minister of Defense - Chief of the General Staff of the Azerbaijan Army, Colonel-General Karim Valiyev, who is on a visit to the United States of America, met with the First Deputy Chief of the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the United States, Admiral Christopher Grady.

Prospects of military cooperation between Azerbaijan and the United States and regional security issues were discussed at the meeting.
