"Dear young people!

I sincerely greet you - the participants of the 5th solidarity forum of Azerbaijani volunteers, I congratulate you all on the occasion of International Volunteer Day, and I wish each of you good health and success in your future work.

The traditions of volunteerism and kindness occupy a special place in the system of national and moral values of our people, which have stood the test of centuries. With the blessing of the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev, the volunteering movement, which began to gain momentum in our country in the 90s of the last century, expanded and took on a new meaning and content precisely on the basis of those values.
