Iravan and Baku agreed only on this point of the agreement

Baku and Yerevan have agreed on only one point of the peace agreement - the establishment of diplomatic relations in accordance with the Vienna Convention.

Axar.az reports that these words were said by Armen Grigoryan, Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia.

"There is no clear agreement on other points of the peace agreement," he said.

He added that discussions on Karabakh, border delimitation and demarcation, the opening of communication lines, and humanitarian issues are ongoing.

Grigoryan emphasized that Armenia's position on all these issues is clear to everyone.
