Gasparyan: Yerevan's decisions regarding Baku

Armenian diplomacy is facing a content crisis. The decisions made regarding Karabakh, as well as Azerbaijan, are mainly subject to this logic.

Axar.az reports that Arsen Gasparyan, the former chief adviser to the Prime Minister of Armenia, said this.

He said that Armenia should never avoid meetings and negotiations with Azerbaijan, whether in Davos, Moscow, or other cities.

"I have repeatedly said that Armenia's foreign policy has no content. In general, we do not have a foreign policy. What is written in a government program is not content. Foreign policy without content is meaningless. We need to define new content. When there is no content, endless trips and meetings do not solve any problem."
