Order from Aliyev: rescuers are sent to Turkiye

The Ministry of Emergency Situations made a statement about the earthquake in Turkiye.

Axar.az reports the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that in order to eliminate the consequences of the strong earthquake that occurred in the Republic of Turkiye this morning and to support search and rescue operations, according to the order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, the flexible rescue forces of the Ministry of Emergency Situations consisting of 370 people initially preparations have been started for his departure to the brotherly country.

It should be recalled that an earthquake of magnitude 7.4 occurred in Turkiye this morning. As a result of the earthquake, 140 buildings were destroyed and at least 76 people died.
