The Ankara Declaration was signed at the Extraordinary Summit of the Heads of State of the Organization of Turkic States.

Axar.az reports that the document was signed by the leaders of the Turkish states.

It should be noted that the Summit Meeting of the Organization of Turkic States was held in Ankara today.
