Russia is the main mediator in negotiations with Baku

Russia remains the main mediator in the negotiations between Armenia and Azerbaijan.

Axar.az reports that this was said by the Speaker of the Armenian Parliament, Alen Simonyan.

He said that the exchange of proposals for a peace treaty between Yerevan and Baku takes place with the participation of various players, primarily Russia, which remains the main mediator:

"Russia continues to be the main actor, but there are also initiatives from both the United States and France. They are quite active."
