The Presidential Administration has invited the representatives of Armenians in Karabakh to Baku again for a meeting. The agenda does not change: discussion of issues of reintegration and implementation of infrastructure projects in Karabakh.

Axar.az reports that it is especially important to make this proposal now - after the last operation in Karabakh.

First, the closure of separatists' access to Armenia narrows the circle around them;

Secondly, Armenians whose airways are blocked are offered a way out to discuss reintegration issues in Baku.

The main difference between the first offer of a meeting in Baku and the second offer is that as a result of the last operation, the Armenians' ability to refuse has narrowed.
