Axar.az reports that this was said by Erin Elizabeth McKee, assistant administrator of the European and Eurasian office of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).

"This statement is very comprehensive. We are waiting for Azerbaijan's response, but this is progress," the American diplomat stressed.

It should be noted that Nikol Pashinyan stated at his press conference on May 22 that they recognize Karabakh as the territory of Azerbaijan.
