An observer should be sent to Karabakh - Grigoryan

International observers should be sent to Karabakh and the Lachin corridor.

Axar.az reports that Armen Grigoryan, Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, said this.

Grigoryan also noted that Armenia and Azerbaijan recognized each other's territorial integrity based on the 1991 Almaty Declaration.
