The historical village of Eskipara of Azerbaijan returns to the jurisdiction of Baku.

Axar.az reports that this was said by Armenian MP Tsovinar Vardanyan from the "Civil Agreement" faction.

"I don't know what exactly the leaders of Azerbaijan and Armenia agreed on yesterday in Moscow with the mediation of Russia, but the Armenians living in the village of Vaskepar (Askipara) of Noyanberyan district were told that this area will come under the jurisdiction of the Republic of Azerbaijan," said the deputy.
