Delimitation should be based on our conditions - Aliyev

The delimitation of borders should be based on our terms, that is, on fair terms. The peace agreement should be based on international conditions, the road to Nakhchivan should be opened, and the representatives of the Armenian army still entrenched in Karabakh should be removed from there. These are our terms.

Axar.az reports that President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev said these words in a meeting with residents of this region in Lachin on May 28.
