Baku should talk to the Armenian population of Karabakh

If Azerbaijan does not talk to the Armenian population of Karabakh, the wound will not heal and it will have its consequences in the future.

Axar.az reports that these words were said by the Speaker of the Armenian Parliament, Alen Simonyan.

"If there is no dialogue, the issue will not be resolved even from the position of the Azerbaijani side. The alternative is genocide, which we cannot allow. This issue is extremely important for Azerbaijan as well," Simonyan said.
