Aliyev will get them and then sign the agreement

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev is in no hurry to sign a peace treaty with Armenia. Because he understands that he still has significant resources to achieve the actual goals without signing any documents. Azerbaijan is trying to achieve these goals de facto and only after that establish them in the agreement.

Axar.az reports that this was said by Armenian political strategist Vigen Akopyan.

Akopyan notes that all the statements about the liquidation of the institutions created by the separatists in Karabakh, the issues related to the Zangezur corridor are still halfway:

"Aliyev will not hurry. For starters, we will face the fulfilment of Azerbaijan's demands regarding the liquidation of "state institutions" in Karabakh.
