Armenian Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan and European Union (EU) Special Representative for the South Caucasus Toivo Klaar discussed the restoration of the Arazdayan-Julfa-Mehri-Horadiz railway and the organization of traffic in this section.

Axar.az reports that the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers of Armenia has released information about this.

It should be noted that on June 3, a meeting was held with the participation of the Deputy Prime Ministers of Azerbaijan, Russia and Armenia. During the meeting, the next meeting of the tripartite working group, co-chaired by the Deputy Prime Ministers of all 3 countries, was held in constructive conditions. A general understanding was reached on taking concrete steps towards the restoration and organization of the railway connection on the Arazdayan-Julfa-Mehri-Horadiz route.
