On June 9, 2023, Foreign Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov had a telephone conversation with Acting Assistant Secretary for European and Eurasian Affairs Dereck Hogan.

Axar.az reports that according to information, during the telephone conversation, views were exchanged on the agenda of bilateral cooperation between Azerbaijan and the United States, as well as on the issues arising from the normalization process between Azerbaijan and Armenia.

The position of Azerbaijan regarding the prospects of solving the open issues on the agenda and the negotiations between Azerbaijan and Armenia during the last month was brought to attention.
