The separatist organization in Khankendi prevents Karabakh Armenians from going to Armenia. They demand 4 thousand dollars per person for a round trip to Armenia.

Axar.az reports that Armenian blogger Natalie Aleksanyan wrote about this on her Facebook page.

"If before that we were told that Azerbaijan was blocking people's exit, now it has been revealed that the "authority" in Karabakh closed the exit in order to extort a large amount of money from people who were in a desperate situation. Even in these difficult days, criminals do not miss the opportunity to earn millions. I am increasingly disappointed by this illegal situation," the blogger said.
