Our army does not target these areas

The Azerbaijani Army does not target the civilian population and infrastructure facilities in its anti-terrorist operations in Karabakh.

Axar.az was informed about this by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan.

"We once again state that the civilian population and infrastructure facilities are not targeted, only legitimate military targets are destroyed," the ministry said.
