Armenians sent him to the meeting, but Baku refused

Artur Harutyunyan is not among the representatives representing the Armenian community in the negotiations held in Yevlakh.

Axar.az reports that the Armenian press published information about this.

According to information, although it was decided to appoint Artur Arutyunyan, the cousin of the former leader of the separatists, Artur Arutyunyan, who currently presents himself as "the minister of state", as the head of the delegation, the Azerbaijani side refused to do so.

Currently, David Melkumyan represents the Armenian community at the meeting.
