Axar.az reports that this was reported by the Ministry of National Defense of Turkiye.

It was noted that the anti-terrorist measures held on September 19-20 are Azerbaijan's own operation:

"Karabakh is the land of Azerbaijan. Besides, some status is unacceptable. We are following the measures implemented in Karabakh, the ceasefire decision and the latest situation in the region in response to the provocations of the Armenian armed elements for a long time.

It was also stated that the Turkish Armed Forces did not participate in the anti-terrorist measures of September 19-20.
