Azerbaijan is increasing defence and security spending

In 2024, defence and security expenses in Azerbaijan are expected to be 6 billion 421 million manats.

Axar.az reports that according to the information given by the Ministry of Finance, this is 6% more than the approved forecast for 2023.

It was reported that after the restoration of the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, a number of political and diplomatic steps were taken by our country in order to establish a fair and lasting peace in the region and normalize relations between the two countries.
