Axar.az reports that President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev said these words in a statement to the press with President of Turkiye Recep Tayyip Erdogan on September 25.

The head of state noted that this is both the truth and, at the same time, fully in line with international law, as well as a brotherhood step taken by Turkiye.
