A ceasefire agreement was signed at the end of the 44-day war between Azerbaijan and Armenia. Everyone expected the contracting parties to comply. Although Azerbaijan strictly followed the conditions, Armenia did not fulfil the necessary conditions.
Axar.az reports that the Minister of National Defense of Turkiye, Yashar Guler, said this in a statement to Hurriyet.
At the same time, he said that the fulfillment of the promises made by Armenia, especially the opening of the Zangezur Corridor, and the continuation of negotiations in a result-oriented manner, is the only way to establish stability.
