Axar.az reports that these words were said by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev during his speech at the opening ceremony of the 2nd National Urban Planning Forum on "Sustainable cities as a driving force of economic development and fighting inequalities" held in Zangilan.

Stating that a total of 400 participants attended the city planning forum, the head of state said: "This is a manifestation of our friendship, a manifestation of our common interest to rebuild the territories that were completely destroyed during the occupation."
