So much was spent on reconstruction after the war

After the end of the Second Karabakh War, 7 billion US dollars were spent on reconstruction works from the Azerbaijani budget. Our planned minimum budget for next year will be 2.4 billion USD.

Axar.az reports that the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev said these words in his speech at the opening ceremony of the 2nd National Urban Planning Forum on "Sustainable cities as a driving force of economic development and fighting inequalities" held in Zangilan on September 29.
