Ilham Aliyev harshly criticized France

France should implement the decisions of the International Court of Justice regarding the nuclear tests conducted in the Pacific Ocean, and stop the practice of teaching other countries a lesson.

Axar.az reports that these ideas were included in the address of the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev to the participants of the conference on "Decolonization: Empowerment and Development of Women" organized by the Baku Initiative Group on November 21 in Baku.

"We observe that racism, xenophobia and Islamophobia are on the rise in parallel with neo-colonialism trends in France. The French authorities, which have to fight against such disturbing and dangerous trends, must pay attention to the serious problems within the authorities. The recent expulsion of French troops from Mali, Niger and Burkina-Faso "It has once again shown that the policy of ruthless neo-colonialism in Africa is doomed to failure. France, which should be ashamed of its history of colonialism rich in bloody crimes, instead of apologizing for the atrocities it committed, talks about fictitious ethnic cleansing in other countries," the head of state noted.
