Armenia will not repeat the mistake of November 9/10. Our goal is to have specific guarantors once the peace agreement is signed so that we know what international mechanisms we can use if there is any violation.

Axar.az reports that the Deputy Chairman of the National Defense and Security Committee of the Armenian Parliament, Deputy Armen Khachatryan, said this.

"After November 10, all guarantees of Russia disappeared. Armenia will not repeat this mistake a second time. As for Russia's recent statements such as "if the road between Nakhchivan and Azerbaijan is opened, it should be controlled by Russia", I want to say that this cannot happen under any circumstances, the forces of any country cannot be on the roads of Armenia. The special forces of our country will ensure safety on the roads," he said.
