Why didn't Klaar come to Baku from Yerevan?

EU special representative Toivo Klaar, who is on a visit to Armenia, will not come to Baku.

Axar.az informs that this was reported from Klaar's office.

"As you know, a visit to Baku is not planned because it is the election campaign period in Azerbaijan. But the special representative of the EU is in close contact with the leadership of Azerbaijan," the information stated.
