I cannot deny that there is a danger, and this danger is evident from the current rhetoric. We must protect the territorial integrity of our country.
Axar.az reports that Armenian Defense Minister Suren Papikyan said these words during his meeting with his French counterpart Lecornu in Yerevan.
He said that Armenia will continue to buy weapons.
"After the signing of the peace agreement, shortly, regardless of our security situation, Armenia will continue to buy weapons and ammunition.
Armenian-French cooperation is for the benefit of Armenia, not against anyone. We have the right to cooperate with both France and Iran, and everyone should know that.
Our French partners respect cooperation with these partners, Iranian partners respect this cooperation, and I think our Russian partners should do the same."
