There is no decision of the competent authority regarding the transfer of villages from Tavush, that is, this decision was made in another district based on principles and maps, not by the competent authority.

Axar.az reports that Anna Grigoryan, a deputy from the opposition "Hayastan" faction of Armenia, said this.

"The November 9 statement contained a provision regarding these areas, but it was later cancelled and a Russian base appeared in Eskipara. In other words, we can say that on November 9, there were agreements on the removal of this provision from the text, and its implementation is planned later," said Grigoryan.

It should be noted that Azerbaijan demands the return of 4 villages that were not enclaves in the initial phase out of the 7 occupied villages of Gazakh.
