Criminal prosecution to the delimitation began

Since April 20, the Investigative Committee of Armenia has started criminal prosecution against 15 people who participated in protests against the delimitation of the border with Azerbaijan.

Axar.az reports that "Sputnik Armenia" published information about this.

It was reported that 11 criminal cases were initiated in connection with the criminal acts committed by the participants of the action.

If 7 cases are related to hooliganism when blocking roads, intentional damage to property, physical influence, obstructing the legal activities of police officers, violation of traffic rules, the remaining 4 cases are damage to car tires, calls to violence during demonstrations, as well as acquisition and possession of weapons is related to

9 accused persons have already been arrested, one is under house arrest. 3 more people are still free with a ban on leaving the country, 1 person is under administrative control and is banned from leaving the country, and 1 person is under educational control.

The investigation into these cases is ongoing.
