Nikol Pashinyan fulfilled another request of Ilham Aliyev by asking the Kremlin to withdraw Russian soldiers from the Azerbaijan-Armenia border.
Axar.az reports that "Hraparak" published this claim.
The publication writes that the withdrawal of Russian soldiers from the Azerbaijan-Armenia border was one of the proposals put forward by official Baku after the 44-day war:
"Currently, the Armenian authorities present the withdrawal of the Russians from the border as a victory for Yerevan. However, this is Nikol Pashinyan fulfilling one more request of the President of Azerbaijan. When the details of the agreement between the two countries were first presented, the first sample of the document was sent to us. It was clearly stated there that Azerbaijan demands the absence of representatives of a third country on the border of the two countries. Thus, the Russians leave the part of the border with Azerbaijan, but remain in the part with Turkiye and Iran."
