Vice President of Turkiye Covdet Yilmaz visited Azerbaijan on July 6 to participate in the unofficial Summit of the heads of state of the Organization of Turkic States (OST) to be held in Shusha.

Axar.az reports that an honor guard was arranged in honor of the high-ranking guest at the Fuzuli International Airport, where national flags of OST member countries are flying.

The Vice President of Turkiye Covdet Yilmaz was welcomed by the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan Yagub Eyyubov, the special representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Emin Huseynov in Agdam, Fuzuli and Khojavend regions, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Samir Sharifov and other officials.
