Armenia pays expenses at the border with "secret money"

As a result of the delimitation and demarcation of the Tavush-Kazakh border, the source of the compensation paid to the Armenian residents for the land and houses that fell into the territory of Azerbaijan in the village of Kirants is kept secret.

Axar.az reports that the Armenian media wrote about this.

Garnik Danielyan, deputy of the "Armenia" faction, addressed a request to the Cabinet of Ministers regarding the principle and source of the compensation to the residents. In the official reply sent to him, it was stated that the relevant decision of the government has a seal of secrecy and cannot be disclosed.
