The Kremlin's response to Zelensky's proposal

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's statements about the possibility of talks with Moscow are better than giving up on discussions altogether, but we have to wait for concrete steps.

Axar.az reports that this was said by the press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov.

"This, of course, is better than statements that any contacts with the Russian side are excluded," he noted.

He stressed that in any case, talking about dialogue is better than the intention to continue the war to the last Ukrainian.

"However, it is difficult to say what is behind Zelensky's words about the possibility of negotiations, what specific plans and actions are proposed," he added.
