Is Mirzoyan on a mission to Baku?

Azerbaijan has invited Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan to Baku to participate in the conference to be held in November.

Axar.az reports that the Armenian media wrote about this.

The Armenian MFA has neither confirmed nor denied Mirzoyan's participation in the COP29 held in Baku.

It should be noted that Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan was invited to COP29.
