China should use its influence on Russia to stop the war in Ukraine.

Axar.az reports that these words were said by the High Representative of the European Union, Jozep Borrell.

"We are concerned that China's large exports of dual-use goods are increasing Russia's military power, and China should use its influence with Russia to help end the war," Borrell concluded.
