Erdogan convened the Supreme Military Council

The meeting of the Supreme Military Council has started in Turkiye.

Turkish mass media reported on this.

It was noted that the meeting is held at the President's residence in Beshtepe.

A meeting of the Supreme Military Council will be held in Turkiye today.

Axar.az informs that the meeting chaired by President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will be attended by Vice President Covdet Yilmaz, Minister of National Defense Yashar Guler, Minister of Foreign Affairs Hakan Fidan and other officials, including high-ranking commanders of the army.

As a result of the discussions, some generals and admirals are expected to be appointed and dismissed.
