Biden on Ukraine's Kursk attack: Putin's dilemma

US President Joe Biden commented on Ukraine's attack on Russia's Kursk region for the first time.

Axar.az reports that the information was released by "Reuters" agency.

According to Biden, this attack has put Russian President Vladimir Putin in front of a real dilemma:

"This creates a real dilemma for Putin, and we are in direct and constant contact with the Ukrainians. I can say that much while the attack continues."
