A telephone conversation took place between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev.

"At the initiative of the Uzbek side, a telephone conversation was held between Russian President Vladimir Putin and the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev. The discussion covered key issues of the dynamically developing bilateral cooperation in various fields," the statement said.
