The International Criminal Court should be cautious about attempts to execute the order against Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council.

“If I were in the place of the judges and prosecutors of this incomplete ‘court,’ my greatest fear would be that one of the lunatics might try to execute their illegal order. In that case, their lives would not be worth more than this piece of paper,” he said.
