Armenia is preparing to make another concession to Azerbaijan, this time opening a road through Mehri.

Axar.az reports that Armenian commentator Mesrop Arakelyan made this statement.

The Armenian commentator noted that official Yerevan is discussing the road passing through Mehri being under the control of a private company:

“In fact, this is an official declaration of granting Azerbaijan unobstructed passage to Nakhchivan. Armenia gets nothing in return. Armenia will provide the road to Azerbaijan and receive nothing in exchange.”

Mesrop Arakelyan added that Armenia is fulfilling its obligations under the November 10 agreement.

“This is an obligation related to Nakhchivan, and Armenia has committed to providing Azerbaijan with access to the autonomous republic. Now it is consistently implementing it,” he said.
